About Hoag Women’s Health Institute
Recognizing the special health care needs of women throughout their lifetime, Hoag Women's Health Institute delivers care to women of all ages. The Sue & Bill Gross Women's Pavilion contains a spectrum of women's health services, including expert gynecologic care, state-of-the-art maternal child services, and progressive breast care through Hoag Breast Care Center. Hoag Breast Care Center is the first and only center in Orange County to be designated as a Certified Quality Breast CenterTM by the National Consortium of Breast Centers.
Allyson M. Brooks, M.D. is the Executive Medical Director of the Hoag Women’s Health Institute. As a leading physician focusing on wellness and advanced gynecological surgery and member of the Hoag Hospital Board of Directors, Dr. Brooks is especially well-qualified to lead a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and healthcare administrators dedicated to supporting women’s health. Through collaborations with other Hoag institutes and centers, Hoag Women’s Health Institute integrates the particular needs of women throughout many areas of care.
